GC and divorce

Hi.Im under conditional GC since Apr 08. Just had my biometrics done after filing I-751 last Jan'10. My husband will be moving to Canada this year. Will it affect my application of I-751 if I will file a divorce?Pls help.thanks.

If the divorce is finalised before the I-751 is approved, you will need to file a fresh I-751 requesting a waiver.
