GC after L1 and DV

Please somebody tell me what if I win GC from DV2003 and already my company has applied for a GC . I am with L1 .
Do I have any problems?
What should I do to have GC due to DV2003 only (not employment based) ?

assuming you get selected for further consideration for GC based on DV2003 result, the best bet is to check with your company lawyer.

My guess is that you can file AOS from your current visa to GC, but you cannot do the AOD until your winnning DV number becomes available which I estimate sometime in 2003. Winning DV lottery does not gurantee the GC issurance.
