Hi
I am a resident and my university sponsered H1 expires on June 30th.I shall be picking up a job at another state .The university giving me a job can file H1 only after they receive the state license.So the earlieast possible date that i can work is july 15th.
Now the problem is i will not have H1 for 15days .
Can any one help me with suggestions in this regard.
