I have a one month gap between my last date of OPT and start of H-1. I understand that I am not required to leave the country as there is a 60 days grace period. Also, during this time I cannot be employed by any employer.
But is there any way around? Can I possibly work for someone as a voluntary consultant? Anything w/o getting paid during the one month shoild be ok..is it ??
