Gap between EADs

Hi everyone,

I have my 485 application pending and working with my EAD card. Due to oversight, I realized that my first EAD card expired on 8/09/05. I realized it around the 3rd week or August and filed for renewal right away. I got the second EAD card on 9/12/05. So there is a gap between these cards. I worked on my job during that period...

My questions are:

1. Is this going to be a problem during my Green Card interview?
2. I will be traveling with Advance parole soon and can this be a potential problem during re-entry?

Please advise me on that matter. It is greatly appreciated...

not sure

i don't think it should be a problem when u travel on advance parole as i am not too sure if they can trace that at the airport.

it can be a problem for ur gc interview or ur gc approval. i think u should bring this to the attention of your lawyer.
