Gandhigiri option for Name check clearance - what you do think

USCIS is five-letter word. FBI is three-letter word.
On average they make two four-letter words.

They also, however, make the situation truly "buggered" (an eight-letter word) for us.
 
Was the class action lawsuit against FBI or USCIS? I think we should file one against USCIS since they take the fees and are therefore responsible and should commit to a timeframe. This might then force some intra agency efforts to reduce the backlog. Based on FBI statements in the press, money is the reason for the delays. So if we can force USCIS to share some of the $300m they earn (every year from AP/EAD renewals) with FBI, instead of the paltry $25/name check which they do today, then there might be some progress.
