II FP Mar 11th 2004
My FP lost and they sent another one which is scheduled on AUG 10th. Contacted Carl Levin and he resolved the issue. Approved June 29th 2004.

Congrats Baba....such a long wait....any idea why it took so long for your specific case...?even the official date is Jan 15,2002.
