Friends:

Today I had interview in the morning and got passport stamped for a year.
The officer asked W2 forms, and taxes for two years and also aked to
produce lease agreement on my name.

Some questions on job and employment letter with the company. All
in all, everything went smooth. To be on safe side, I also took my
lawyer with me.

I hope this information will put to rest some of the anxieties who are to
be interviewed at Baltimore.

Gama, Congratulations! I am very happy to hear that it is finally over for you.

Any idea still why so many cases were transfered to Baltimore at one time? (Is it internal politics?)

Thank you for everyone in sticking with
hard times earlier on Baltimore Interview

we will remember those days.

How long did you have to wait for EB1 GAMA. I
thought EB1 is easier. Is it correct that
you save time on labor certification?

No Title

Yes EB1 is quicker, but in may case it was not of any
use, because after my case was transferred to Baltimore
I had to wait again extra 5 months (approx. time for
LC time.) Any way good luck with your endvaor

Hi Gama
My interview at Baltimore is coming up next week. Would greatly appreciate if you can answer the following questions ASAP. You had mentioned that you were asked for lease papers. Could you tell me why that would have happened. Because I have not seen anyone else being asked that so far. Was there any particular reason. Also, were you and your spouse interviewed together or separately. Were you also asked for the affidavits from neighbors regarding marriage. And lastly does the employment letter need to list the job duties or just mention the title and continuation of job.
Would greatly appreciate if you could also send your response at my other email address - singh_s@mail.com.

Yes, you need lease agreement as a proof of residence.
I was by myself for the I-485 interview. Thanks.
