Hi There,
While reviewing my forms, I came acroos this question.
I am a U.S citizen filing for myH1-B Husband,on G325a there is a question on the bottom box,
"This form is submitted in connection with an application for:
Do I check other and write for I-130
or do I click status as permanent resident?
As I am applying it for my husband..For my husband's G325a we clicked on permanenat resident...
but for me I am not sure..

When we did mine, hubby and I checked the same box, but on his (he is the petitioner), we added the words "of spouse" after "status as permanent resident"

You will need to choose OTHER option and specify exactly like this-Spouse's AOS. Write exactly as I've written because if you write anything more than this it won't fit nor it would fit if you write everything in CAP lock...So, write exactly as I've written which is-Spouse's AOS;
