I am filling out a G325a form. One of the sections asks for "applicant's employment over the last 5 yrs" Then below it, it asks for full name and address of the employer. Problem is that when I write the full name and full address there isn't enough room in the box.
For example:
"Henry Ford Hospital, 2799 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202" Does not all fit in one line. So is it okay to write an abbreviated version, like
"Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI 48202" or if I need the complete address should I attach an extra page on the side?
Please advice. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
