Guys,
When I had submitted my I-485 with the G325A last year I made an error on the G325A with the family name of my wife and my father's. Now I have been requested to submit a new G325A along with my medical. I want to correct the error of the family name should I put a note for the officer that I made an error in previously submitted G325A or just correct the mistake in the new form and don't tell the officer.
Please advise will this error delay my case.
