I have changed jobs and got a new immigration attorney. I am not filing AC 21 but do I need to send the new G28 form with information about change of attorney? Will sending a new G28 form invoke RFE?

------------- if you request USCIS that your pending petition should be represented by your new attorney then you need to sign G28 that your attorney has to send that he represent you
Will sending a new G28 form invoke RFE?
----------NO, Change of attorney or new G28 is not the reason for RFE
----------------RFE is NOT because of change of attorney. Every case is different and don’t think that if you change attorney you will get RFE. RFE is "Request for further evidence” by changing attorney how you can get RFE?? You may get RFE if anything is missing in your file or USCIS needs some document from you. Don’t compare your case with other cases. Changing address does not trigger RFE. You are supposed to file form AR11 if you change address. The form AR11 does not change your address on pending petitions with USCIS, you need to update 1800NCSC and also write to service center to change your address on pending petition.CasualTiger said:I have seen posts here were people get RFE's for changing address, sending AC 21 etc. I was a little concerned that USCIS may grow suspicious if they see a change of attorney
