I have contacted an attorney to E-file my I-140 application in EB2-NIW and she filed the application for me on July 24th. Since the priority dates for I-485 are current under July visa bulletion, I would like to apply for I-485 and other forms like I-765 and I-131 before August 17th.
Now it is mandatory that the same attorney must file the remaining application or can I just submit it by myself. My I-140 has a G28 for my attorney. The same G28 should accompany all of these forms or it is not necessary? In the I-140, my attorney mentioned that we are submitting the I-485, I-765, I-131 etc in part-4.
I am wondering how USCIS treat these forms? Are they treated these individually or those must be filed by the same attorney with same G28.
Your answer will be highly helpful for me. My atttorney is somehwhat busy now and she is not returning most of my recent calls. So I am thinking to file I-485 etc by myself.
