I'm filing I-140 & I-485 and EAD concurrently this May.
I have a dependent spouse living in saudi arabia,i wanted to know the procedure for my spouse,on wht basis or visa will he need to enter the U.S.
please reply...any help or suggestions r greatly appreciated.

i'm a canadian permanent resident planning to visit the U.S on visitor visa.
but,my hubby is not.
a bit confused.. and worried..its tough to stay away from ur loved ones.
thanks and could u pls help me with the procedure.
