G-4 and consulting

I have a G-4 visa to do 60 days of work at an international organization (under a consultancy contract) over 3 months. Can I work for a US-based organization on a separate consultancy contract at the same time or do I need a visa to do so? If so, I am a professional eligible for a TN visa. Can I be on a TN and G-4 at the same time?

I am agree with you.

This information is partialy incorrect. International organization staff member and spouse can apply for GC after 15 years of service upon retirement; dependent children can apply after 7 years in the US. This is under the special immigrant category.

Under G4 visa you are not eligible to work in any non-designated business or organization and not eligible to permanent residency. TN visa doesn't allow Dual Intent, so you cant hold both visa at the same time.

You are partially correct. Talsago can only work for the international organization that issues the G4 visa. He cannot work for any private business in the US without proper work authorization through an H1B visa or TN visa. As for the business about NOT being eligible for permanent residency, you are wrong there. He can apply for a green card if sponsored by a US citizen who is a relative, usually a spouse will be faster and will be issued a GC. I used to have a G4 visa and applied for a GC via my wife and never had any problems.

You cannot hold two visa at any time in the US...

This is enough for you to know the answer. :) I think there are various rules to Global Visas according to my experience and US is one of the toughest to obtain. So in your case, you can consult an expert for xxx xxx personally and find out some guidance to them. :)

Navigating visa regulations can be complex, especially when considering multiple consultancy contracts across different organizations. To ensure compliance with immigration laws, it's advisable to seek guidance from a professional immigration attorney or specialist who can provide tailored advice based on your specific circumstances.

Regarding your query about working for a US-based organization on a separate consultancy contract while holding a G-4 visa for work at an international organization, and potentially obtaining a TN visa, it's essential to understand the limitations and requirements associated with each visa category.

As for IT consulting services, if you're in need of expert guidance in navigating IT-related challenges or maximizing technology solutions for your business, I'd like to recommend an experienced provider. xxxxx offers comprehensive IT consultancy services that could help address your needs effectively.
