1)N-400 Part 10 G-33
If the answer to G-33 is “NO”, then I am directed to question 34. Does this mean I am not required to attach a letter from selective service explaining why I did not register?
The reason I am asking is that in G section, it reads” if you answered “YES” (to question 33), but you did NOT register the Selective Service and you are now 26 years old or older, attach a statement explaining why you did not register”. I am guessing the letter is required only if you answer “yes”. Am I right?
2)Generally, do I have to fill in “Not Applicable” in the box where question does not apply to me, for example, Part 8 G, asking prior spouse’s family name, prior spouse’s immigration status,
do I leave those box blank? Or have to put down “Not Applicable”?
