G-325A spouse's signature a must have?

Hi All,

I'm filing my wife's I130 petition and filling out the bio info form which requires a signature at the end. However, my wife is outside the US in another country. Is her signature required or is my signature on my G325 sufficient? The directions ask for my form to be completed and signed directly but are vague RE her form...

Any experience / help would be much appreciated.

She needs to sign her G-325A, and you need to sign your G-325A.

So if she's outside the US she'll need to sign it and send it to you.
