G-325A signature of my spouse

Hi all,

I am going to file I-130 for my spouse who lives in India. I understand that I have to file G-325A for myself and my wife but how to get my wife's signature on the form? Should I tell her to fill out the form in India and mail it to me? Or is it ok to submit the form G-325A without her signature on it?

USCIS will NOT accept the unsigned G-325A.
How do you do it it’s up to you.

Sign your wife name and just put old date like the 10-12 days from you sign it.
