G 325A question

Sorry if I am asking a question that has already been answered. I just want to be very sure before I send the package.
When we had filed for my I-130 in 2003 we had filled out G-325A both for my husband who is the petitioner and me who would be the beneficiary. Now when I apply for AOS does he need to fill the G-325A form again or only I have to fill it.

Also I had another question regarding the cheque. I am planning to send a personal cheque and I read on this forum that people wrote their A # on the cheque. However, I am on student visa and I don't have an A# . What should I do? Should I send a personal cheque with nothing written on it or rather send a money order or cashier's cheque?
 
For AOS, its your bio only

For AOS, you need to submit only your bio

Put your name and 'I-485 applicant' on the check. Don't worry INS is not famous for losing checks.
