G-325a Last box for Applicant:

I need to know who's information goes into the last black box at the bottom of each page of form G-325a.

Im filling for family based green card through marriage. I have filled out one for me and one for her. Do i put her information on both forms or do i put my name on mine and her name on hers? If i have to put mine then what do i put for alien registration number? And for her's does that mean the I-94# ?

Please help.

Put your information on the form filled with your information and her information on hers... on one G-325a you are the applicant, and on the other one she is the applicant.
