G-325A Employment within last 5 years

I am very close to finish all the forms now. I spent a lot of time on G-325A. I really have some questions need to clarify. Please help me. Thanks so much.

1. Employment history within last 5 years are more than 5 boxes the form provided. What should I do about it? Continue with another blank sheet of paper? or Just write down 5 employment is enough?

2. I am only in US for 2 years, do I need to fill out my home country employment in "aplicant's employment last five years" (although I am over 5 boxes now) or should I just write down one in the "show below last occupation abroad if not shown above"?

3. Would that be helpful also attached my English resume? (sorry, this seems a bit silly, but just wanna make sure)

4. Those jobs, should I list the ones I got W-2 tax form? Or all of it, even it's paid by cash?

The G-325a is biographical information, you must put your employments outside and within the US if you have. They are not asking if you are capable to do something, they just want the name of your employer and what you did and the dates, don't attach any resume please.
On the general instructions states if you need more space you can include a page and put that is link to, your name and all the info.
Because they put 5 lines doesn't mean that you must put 5 jobs or more than 5. They are asking the last 5 years, if you had 10 jobs in the last 5 years then put so, if you just had 3 jobs in the last 5 years then those 3.

The list of your employments has nothing to do with your W2's, please read the instructions don't create them, if you had a job outside the US you didn't receive any W2 for it right? If you were working as a waiter, salesman, manager or like a newspaper boy that is what you should put there.
 
yeah, somewhere in the instructions it tells you to add a separate sheet of paper if the space provided is not enough

Including your resume with your application might get you a job with USCIS (if you are lucky ;) )

Jokes apart, your resume is not needed. Where did you get this idea from?

Resume one is just a silly question. I don't wish to put my resume in there. But just want to make sure as I addressed in the question.
Thanks for all the answers provided.
Now I will attatched a seperate sheet of paper and list the rest of my employment. Thank you all!
