G-325 qestion ???

Hi,

I am filling out a G-325 form for my wife and myself. As I fill out the form it automatically fills out the other pages with the same information. Is this normal? Am I supposed to submit all this duplicate information?

I am submitting with I-130.

Yes, you are supposed to fill out all 4 duplicate sheets of the G325A, and subit with the I-130. If you're using the online version that automatically fills out all 4 sheets, then congrats - you've found the easy way to do it!
 
Thanks again dr lha!! I'm really close to having all of my forms ready for submission.

Is there a particular order to how I should arrange the forms?

i-864

I don't think order matters. When it gets to the Chicago Lockbox, it will be ripped apart by the workers there and put into the format preferred by USCIS. As long as you include everything, and its neatly put together, you will be fine.

A simple cover letter
A checklist page listing the following in order:

Envelope1:
----------------
Fees check (on top)
photo envelopes (1 pic each)
I130 form
G325A (beneficiary)
G325A (sponsor)
Citizenship proof
Marriage Cert +
Any other supporting evidence

Envelope2:
-----------------------------
Fees check (on top)
Photo envelope (2 pics of beneficiary)
I485
G325 A
Medical I693 envelope
Copy- Birth Cert of beneficiary
Proof of status
I864
Tax returns +w2/1099 + paystubs (sponsor)
Employment letter

I765 + 131 ( am not filing those) in similar order ( fee,pic,form,evidence)
