G-28: change of attorney

Hi all,
Please help me.

I have changed my job after 180 days and now new employer want me to change the attorney as well. To change the attorney I need to fill G-28 form.

Do I need to fill two different G-28 forms one for me and one for my wife? Or A single G-28 will be okay?

Actaully even a single G-28 form has space for two persons to fill their details like name, address etc.

So i am not sure whether I should fill one form or two seperate form(one for me and one for my wife).

Please guide me and write your suggestions.

My attorneyalways used 2 seperate forms

FOr 485/EAD/AP always 1 form per person per application
