I forgot to post in my previous thread.
When I called my lawyer she said NSC has stopped processing
all 485 employment cases since last 5 weeks. They wont resume
before the begining of the next fiscal year (October).

What wonders me is why we have been seeing some approvals
if they have stopped processing it??

My opinion would be they have very few

examiners assigned to it for the last few months. It looks sporadic even in cases of rfe generations. Seems like they are opening randomly anywhere between November and January 15 cases. This is what I have found.
I talked to my lawyer last months (July 11, 2003) and he said
they are getting December approval (but very few) and the rate has slowed down. This information on 'NSC has stopped processing all 485 employment ' may not be true.

I know people who got approval within the last five weeks. So, this info may not be correct. But needless to say the whole process is very very slow.

BCIS does not work on any science.

You could find April 03 cases approved and Jan 00 cases still pending. This organization is a total chaos.

Slowdown or work ahead, nothing seems to matter to change the situation of frustrated approval waiters.
