Call the NCSC. After much probing the rep said that from last week they are no longer giving estimated processing time in months (ex. 33 months). From now on they only give the current date being processed ex. 23 Jan 2001. Rep. said days no longer matter. You can only contact when your application is after the given date.
Also made some vague statement that no. of days on the receipt = number of days from an unknown date after you file when your application is "picked up" for processing......... This is the biggest BS I've heard. Days no longer matter. It could take 10000000000000 days.
