FYI: Concurrent Feb 2004 I-140 approved

Guys,

My I-140, applied concurrenlty with RD of Feb 11, 2004 was approved on Aug 27. I got an email notification about it from USCIS-CSSO yesterday.

No changes on my I-485 though.

Do you mind sharing few more case details:

Is it EB2 or EB3?

When was your finger prints done?

How big is your company (employer), and if I' m correct you didn't recieve any RFE.

Have you noticed any LUD on your I-140 before the approval?

1. My application is EB3.
2. FP was done on Apr. 29 2004.
3. My company has 200+ consultants.
4. I didnt get any RFEs on my I-140.
5. The LUD on my I-140 had not changed before the approval. I used to check it almost everyday. The last time it had changed was in early July since I had called the USCIS to inform about my address change then.
6. Also, the LUD on my I-485 is still the early July date, reflecting my address change notification.
7. My EAD and AP were approved early April.

It looks like its not definite that the LUD will be updated before the magic email reaches our inboxes. My fingerprint notice reached me 2 weeks before the website was actually updated.

Any EB2 updates out there?

That is bloody amazing considering its Nebraska. :)
Hope we all get some better news soon.

My ND is December 2003 NSC nothing on I-140 yet. :(
