FYI & RFE - for wife\'s 485 - about marriage certificate - got married in USA.

Hi guys,
 Got RFE for wife\'s I-485 case. we got married in USA and applied with a copy of the District Justice Marriage certificate.
 The RFE was requested was "The marriage certificate you submitted doesn\'t indicate registration of the marriage".
 Contacted the district justice and found out that they have to issue a triple seal marriage certificate(official marriage certificate). Hope this will solve the RFE issue.
As any one encountered this situation. any update would be appreciated.

What is triple seal? I also got married here. You mean that the standard marriage certificate is not good enough?
 
check with your district justice

you ask them a marriage record for immigration purpose, they would know to issue a official marriage record. I just sent a copy of my
marriage license and a RFE was generated. I think when you get married in USA, you probably need a official document.
