the cap for FY2008 was reached on April 1st 2007....which was the first file date. my application was received april 2nd, so its up for random selection! this is insane, 
if i don't get selected, my options are to go for my masters, leave the US or, what are my other options?
I am on my OPT currently till sept 07
any idea of the chances? USCIS said they had 150,000 cap subjected applications by April 2nd.
what I find absolutly insane is the fact that the cap was over within a couple of hours vs. at least a few days.
