Hi,

I am on F1 now and I will be graduating in may , but I have finished my thesis and all other requirements , My Official Transcripts clearly say that all the course requirements are fulfiled for masters and I also have a letter from university stating I have finished all the requirements . My employer is ready to file my h1 in masters quota. Is this enough for filing my H1 or do I need my original masters certificate??
I am waiting for a better job , So How many days can I wait before I file for my h1 in Masters quota.

If you already finished the course requirements and letter from your university (you said that you already have that) then your company can apply H1B for you. You don't need to have your MS certificate to apply for H1b. I did the same thing last year and got the H1b approval very quickly (even before I getting my original MS certificate from my university).
