future job?

I am confusing about the definition of future job? Could someone give some hint?

If I have low salary the required prevailing wage, can the employer says it is job for furture and the salary will be raised in FUTURE?

If I haven't got job at the time of RFE, can I find a corporation with good relationship to say in future this people will be the employee of my corporation?

yes to first Q.
yes you can (for the second Q) but wont work. If you are unemployed now and you were working for the sponsoring employer before, then it means that the demand for the job for which GC was requested does not exist. your gc will be rejected.
