Hi
I am planning on doing a future employment based green card(whereby I work for company A on H1 however process my green card through company B with whom I don't have H1B nor am I presently working for them). Also it should be noted that company B is a SMALL COMPANY with 6-7 CONSULTANTS which has already successfully sponsored GREEN CARDS for its own employess(not through future employment)
1)I have heard that if you pursue future employment based green cards the company must be in a FINACIALLY GOOD SHAPE. However my GC sponsoring future employment company is a small company with 6-7 consultants however all consultants working for a decent pay. Will this be ok?
2) When should I START working my GC sponsoring company and how can I TRANSFER from company A to GC sponsoring company?
3) Should the job description, payment, location of the company A for whom I currently work(which doesn't sponsor my GC) remain the SAME as my LC with company B which sponsors my GC?
4) Are there any OTHER IMPORTANT things that should be noted before I start processing the future employment based GC's?
GC specialist please comment on this.
