Can i use EAD that i got in Future employment category to take up a full-time job with a complete different company.
Its been 6 months since my I-140 is approved and 9 months since 485 is filed. EB2/INS-NSC
Do i have to use AC21? Whats the procedure for this?
I need some direction here as i am close to getting a very good offer in California and want to find out how it will effect my gc.

I am currently on H-1 for company A, and company B is sponsoring gc in future employment category.

---- You can change employer and qualified to use AC21 , you can use EAD or H1 transfer
Do i have to use AC21?
----- Yes, if you want to work with different employer after I-485 approval. The new employer had to provide you letter for future permanent job offer in same/similar job as on approved LC and your letter of intent change. You can send both the letter to USCIS with copy of your I-485 receipt
Whats the procedure for this?
---- Read above and go to lawyer he will help you to prepare AC21 job change letter

---- the new employer must be ready to offer you future permanent job offer in same/similar job or skills as on approved LC. Better join by H1 transfer it is in your interest
