Congress/Senate need "green" billsunder table to pass any bills

Jack Abramoff scandal only unveils a part of it but the reality s most bills are pass on the floor based on "game" that is played by lobbyst with their strength dollar power.

You have to bribe congress. This is the only way to get what we want.
 
I know everyone is frustrated with this retrogression.I am in the same boat unable to plan my future.My PD is dec 2002 and havent filed 485 because of retrogression.Once the dates are current, how long does it take from there ? My 140 is approved. Any clues or any info would be greatly appreciated.
