full time to hourly

485 pending for the past 2 years. Been with the same employer as w2/full time employee.

Will switching from full time to hourly will have any impact on GC?
I am assuming that becoming hourly would still be w2. Advise please.
 
you are fine as long as your employer is ready to give you a letter saying that you are a full time employee of the company.
 
I was in the same boat couple of months back.I chose not to convert to hourly because my employer's letter said it was a temporary employment which I believe may cause some problems if and when asked for EVL
