Fujie Memo or not!!

based on Vanguru's friend's 140 approval ( posted in the consolidated tracker), I believe that TSC has for now decided not to act on Fujie memo to approve both 140 and 485 together.

If this is true, it is a good news for those who are waiting to use AC21 on 140 approval.

Lets share our knowledge of approvals from TSC and see if this is true.

Any comments ?

Has any one got any information back from TSC based on an enquiry ?

I am sure quite a few of us are in the same boat. Processing date is more than 30 days past our RD.

I've been waiting for a loooooong time for approval of my I-140. I applied for this in semi concurrent fashion.

ND : 12/16/2002

I've sent numerous enquiries through my lawyer and the only response we got back was "Your application remains pending." with no other info on "WHY ITS STILL PENDING". Getting frustrated with the unprofessional attitude of USCIS. :mad:

Did you try to contact your Senator or Congressman ?

I did that yesterday... not sure if it will help or not.
