Frustated with Atlanta DO

It is a long wait. Looks like average wait time to get interview letter after doing FP is 2 month. To this add a month at least for the interview. Rest of the centers are scheduling interviews in 2 weeks

Compared to the time spent in getting GC, NATZ time is relative less and also the possiblity of losing status is close to zero, but still people cannot wait

See my timeline. I have given up on running in anticipation to the mailbox, especially when people who filed after you have gotten their passports already. I was hoping to travel to France next month and avoid having to pay for a visa, but it looks like I will have to bite the bullet because ATL is so slow. Oh well, can't rush the US government, although I would like to.

Thanks for your response. i just received YL, but understand it means nothing. Will have to wait for some more time

Sure, a few months is no big deal in the great scheme of things, for most of us, but still, I agree wth Sethu that it's frustrating for us Atlantans. I did FP as scheduled on 5/27. Today on the April N-400 tracker thread there's a whole rash of people who did FP between 5/25 and 5/28 and now have interview dates! Given the experience of other Atlantans, however, I expect to be waiting for an interview letter for weeks or months, yet.
