From which place the OL is mailed? DO or Service Center

Just curious from where will I receive my OL from the local DO office or service center. Just to see how long is the mail time. I am waiting for my OL.

It comes from NBC. But others report their come from local DO.
I believe USCIS is trying to let NBC do more

Once the case is trasnferred from NBC to local DO for interview, NBC is completely out of the picture. Oath letter comes from local DO, not NBC. Some folks get oath letter within minutes after passing the interview.

It doesn't really matter where the OL comes from, whether it be NBC or DO as you're only looking at 2-3 days postage time difference at most between both.
