I'm working under an L1A that expires on March 2024 and cannot be extended anymore. L1A issued on my Brazilian passport. I'm now Canadian citizen too, and I commute weekly between Detroit (Work) and Toronto (Family home). My current position is Director of the Industrial Division, including sales and product engineering. The position is very technical, as well as the sales team.
My current employer wants me to continue working for the company and will support the applications.
My doubt is about being eligible to the TN or not, once the position is "Director", and when should I apply for it.
Also, if TN is not applicable, what are the options for keep working in US?
