MY ND Oct 19 2000.
EAD is expiring on Dec 15th 2000.

If I need to apply myself(without lawyer) how many days before do u suggest me good enough(Normally people say 90days before
90 days- that means I have to apply on or before Sep 15th )

2)In the EAD Renewal form they to mention Section Number on what basis I am applying for EAD
is it C09 or something else(Employment based -EAD Renewal) Please advise if anybody has applied for renewal.
3)As it is very close, do u suggest me to wait for another 2 weeks and then apply.(as they are processing Oct 1 2000 RD cases)

Never Believe INS !! I would say you should APPLY EAD ASAP

Even I am in the same boat like you, Mine is expring on Dec 21
and I am planning to send all the papers to my attorney next month
what I to do, I have to pay extra money to this lawyer as well as INS.
But IF something turns out on my side, I am happy, Praying GOD for the
quick approval.

I am in the same boat ... ( Mine expires on Dec 14)

But as per my lawyer advice, I sent paper work to renew my EAD.
I know one of my friend, Case assigned to Officer 4 months back, No RFE ,No decision yet. Mine is still pending(ND: Oct-16-2K, as of today(I spoke to IIO today.) I think you should go ahead with the paper work.
