Friends. Got my approval finally. Spouse and kid yet to be approved

I just found out that my 485 was approved on 04/06. My spouse and my kid is yet to be approved. Anybody in that scenario? Does it happen like this?

PD Nov 1997
RD AUg 1999 ND Sep 1999. RFE received by INS on 03/02.
Country India EB2? ( upgraded from EB3 to EB2)

Congrats and I cannot give you outright answer for your question \'coz I haven\'t get my approval. But we have been seeing many cases like yours but your spouse and kid definetly get theier approvals soon.

Congrats and thanks for updating the tracker.

Sometimes it is postal delay, and sometimes it is due to files getting seperated. You could try talking to an IIO if you don\'t receive it after some time.

I have known of cases where the spouse was awaiting a FP clearance (after a couple of rejections), while the primary applicant (who had no FP issues) got approved.

Well in my case, Spouse finger print was OK and INS says the case is pending for both my spouse and kid(who did not have to do finger printing).
