Filed 140 some time in May04, Filed 485 in August 04,
received an RFE for 140, responded to RFE in Dec,
140 was approved 1 week ago
485 was approved 2-3 days ago.

His PD was Aug 2001, EB3.

Clear indication that CSC cases are moving.
 
They sure are moving, but in the wrong direction.
What about the tons of 02/03 cases still pending?

Not just suck but suck suck suck suck . Here is my only opinion . If you dont know how to operate faster atleast be fair. Just for politics dont try and approve a few cases in every month to bring all the dates forward.

485 RD 10/2002
RFE may 2004
Wait wait and wait .
 
You may be closer to approval.

Based on your LUDs in your signature you may be closer to approval/rfe.

Thanks for the encouraging post donkeykong. I am one of those unfortunate ones stuck in FBI name check. I can only hope that it will not take multiple years from now
