Friends Age Difference

being a person in gc thru a USC..i know that big age difference is a problem.

my friend here is about to be married to a USC 36 years n he is jus 24.Iam sure this marriage is going under for valid resons other than GC.

what if he applies for GC now ,what are his chances..? or should he better wait for 2 years and then apply..
 
he was a F1 student and now in OPT.he is not sure to apply for GC or H1 after marriage.
 
Being married for a longer time, will help their AOS application... so if he can get H1, then do that. Otherwise, he has to file for GC and nobody can tell what USCIS will ask them.
 
Not both. He can apply for H1 and later on, apply for family based GC.

It is not a factor to deny an application (race), but it will bring in more questions having to do with different cultures and such.

There is 8 years difference between my wife and me. We're also a mixed couple (white/African-American). No problems whatsoever. It's the marriage that counts.

I am 42 and my wife 24 :D . Oh, i am hispanic and she is as blonde as it gets ;) .. we had zero problems* during the interview, of course we brought a ton of pics of the wedding and with our friends!...

*I am just waiting for the name check
