Hi this is sponsoring a child under 21 after I485 approval.
My friend has been approved and got his Green card and his case was EB. Now his daughter is in US and my friend likes to sponsor her by filing I130.
Is it possible for my friend to file I485 with I130 (concurrent) since she is under 21?
His daughter is legally entered to US.
