Since latest news is tha VSC is processing RD FEB 99 cases....!
Anyone ND NOV-DEC`98 still waiting? My Predication is that All RD 98 should
get approval by end of June.
so please post....

RD Jan/Feb 99 applicants also post your wait status here. Hopefully our turn is next.

I am ND 8Feb99. ND sometimes late Jan... needless to say still waiting but keeping up the hope.

Still Waiting. No RFE (as of 6/20/00). I call VSC periodically to ckeck the automated system for any updates. So far, nothing has changed since filing

SC, I485 ID: 11/29/98, ND: 12/4/98; FL 6/99; EB1-other. The automated message changed on 6/19/00 - Request for additional evidence (RE) has been sent off on 6/19/00.Waiting to receive the notice and collecting pay-stabs, FIT returns and other goodies :)) .

Sick of hearing the same message in the VSC automated voice mail.

I485-EB3 India, PD 12/95, ND 10/98.

6/10/00 - Automated message changed to "Sent notice of intent to deny on 6/9/00".
6/12/00 - Intent to deny mailed by VSC.
6/14/00 - Received the notice.
6/16/00 - Replied back by Fedex overnite.
6/19/00 - Received by INS - checked thru Fedex voice service.

Currently - NO change in automated message to show they received.

I guess it usually takes 3-4 weeks before a decision is made on the case after they receive it.

Spoke with an IIO at VSC.
PD Jan 96, RD Feb. 99, India EB3.
Case not assigned to an officer yet. IIO suggested that I call back
after 2 months, if I have not heard from them by then.

I have a friend who got approved on Friday. His details are ND:3/17/99, FP:3/00, EB-3 India.
Message says approved on June 23rd. Will receive a letter in next 14 days.

Another friend got a RFE his ND: 2/15/99.

It looks like VSC is processing at considerable pace. If you guys remember that during
Nov and Dec of 98 PD are not moved at all and on Jan, Feb 99 moved by one week.
PD dates movement during that time might be the cause for this big jump in processing
of 485 cases from Dec - Mar cases. I am hoping that it might continue until they hit the
big chunk of files.

Is your friend who got approved the same as Srini Vagwala who has been tooting all over this board? (srini, no offense :))
If so I would really like to see other EB3 March approvals to feel confident that VSC is moving

No its not Srini. He is Rama Rao. VSC is moving and keep faith in them.
I dont know anyone with 3/99 RD. If I know anybody besides him, I will let the
board know about it.
