Fresh H1 stamping experiences at vancouver Canada

Hi,
I am currently working in US on L1B Visa.
I have my H1B Visa stamping in Vancouver consulate on July 11th.I have slightest doubt ,if the passports are returned on the same day.If they are not returned on the same day then is it returned next day morning atleast.
Also,this is my first H1B stamping experience and I hold an indian Bachelor's Degree.
So this also adds little bit of tension in my case.

Anybody having recent experiences in Vancouver Consulate kindly share your experiences.

Do they allow for Indian citizens to get US visa in Canada..?

hi,

I am living in US for 6 years now. I got my H1 for new company approved but as per the notice I have to get Visa stamp on my passport in order to work for my new employer. Do they allow for Indian citizens to get US visa in Canada..? How you scheduled the appointement..?
My lawyer said she sent an email to Vancouver Consulate about this and she is waiting for their reply.

Can you please give me any advice regarding this..?
