Fresh H1 after 7 years

After staying in U.S. for 7 years on H1 (6 + 1 extension year) can I go back to India and come back after a year with a fresh H1 ?

I have filed for my Green Card but only the Labour Certification from a previously employer(due to which I got a 7th year extension). Will this be a problem for me when I plan to come back for a fresh 6 yr H1B Visa?
 
Labor Cert is different animal. Advantage is, it will continue under process without loosing PD.

Your new h1 in no way affected by your pending LC.
