Freaking out, please help EB2-NIW updated yesterday

Guys, I am freaking out here. My I140 was updated yesterday but have not received any emails. What does this mean? Denied, RFE, possible approaval? Is it normal to have the update before getting the notice in the mail/email?

What was the update? what does your online status currently say?
Was it just a soft update and the status did not change?

i also had an undate on NIW last week - no change in status, no emails yet...so probably a soft update - some administrative thing. When did u apply - RD?
