I have 2004 PD in PBEC and had no hope for getting GC and was planning to move to Canada by this year end, then came the labor substitution ban and priority dates jumped whole great wall, well what do I know, things started seem to fall in line, but....
I am seeing and hearing a lot about so called Petitions for intent to use the existing labor later one when they get approved being filed with BEC for labors for 2002,2003 which are still waiting for processing.
I thought the latest ruling of banning substitution was going to end all the miss-use for good. But is BEC really going to consider these petitions filled which is notifying BEC of intent to use those labors for even after July 16th deadline.
So what good is labor substitution ban ruling when people are still finding ways to crack the code. ( No offense against any1, I guess we all want to get out of this hell hole).
It just drives me nuts....
