FPs lost in weeds?

I gave FPs on 11/03 and as per my local INS, they were sent to FBI on the same day electronically. However FBI says there is no record against my A#.
Is this OK or have my FPs lost in weeds?

I heard similar news from different ASCs... but they did FP manually
