FP2 results not received by FBI

Hi , we did our second FP on 9/11 at oakland ASC and just now i called FBI number and she mentioned they didnt receive any results from any where other than the first one March2003. What are my options here. How can i call local ASC and ask them about the status else any other number i can call to know the status.

Here are my details

140 ND - 28 Nov 2002
AD - 15 June 2003

485- RD - 18 jan 2003
ND - 7 Feb 2003

Fp1 15 march 2003
FP2 9/11/2004

I called number - 304 625 5590 and press option 3. The staff there will pick up the phone call. Tell her/him your Alien # and ask for the fingerprint
result.

I just notied that they sent FP results to INS on the same date I did FP on 08/26/04. It must be good, right?
There has been no LUD change since they issued FP2 on 08/04/04, still shows FP1 message.
